A decadent dessert stout. Local coffee from roasters Little Owl compliments the choc and coffee flavours in the malt bill. Vanilla and lactose added post ferment delivers the perfect balance between big sweet flavours and gentle bitterness.

Sugar Maple R.I.S - Sugar Maple Russian Imperial Stout 🍯
Stacked high with roast malt, coffee, chocolate and caramel tones dominate this bitter Russian Imperial Stout. After primary ferment this beer spent nearly three months cold ageing on Sugar Maple staves, giving a gentle maple syrup character and a soft sweet finish.


WCNZIPA - A West Coast Style IPA Packed with NZ Hops 🍃
Clean yet fruity, the crisp malt bill allows for the massive doses of hops to shine through - a combination of tropical New Zealand flowers and the US favourites that dominate the West Coast IPA style.
