Garage Project August Arrivals
Kicking off a new week, we have fresh Garage Project
Party & Bullsh*t - A Hazy East Coast IPA 🗽
East Coast anthem IPA - a big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing in intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than it's bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.
Hops: Warrior, Simcoe & Mosaic
Malts: Maris Otter, Best Chit & Naked Golden Oats
Pernicious Weed - A IIPA Hopped with Nelson Sauv & Rakau Hops 🌳
The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right. Pernicious Weed is a celebration of the NZ-developed hop varieties Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Huge grapefruit flavour in a worryingly-drinkable strong IPA. Pours a light and hazy gold. Aroma of yeast and hints of fruit. Clean and crisp no dominant flavour. Very easy to drink.
Hazy Daze - A Hazy IPA Hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra & Strata Hops 👁
"Hazy Daze" is a hazy pale ale from Garage Project New Zealand. Part of an ongoing series, Hazy Daze features Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra and Strata hops delivering strong hop flavours and aroma backed up by balanced bitterness and smooth mouthfeel. Everything you want from your hazed-out pale.
