HAZY EAST COAST IPA - SURF BREAK SERIES

The surf-break series continues! Introducing Boneyards, a delicate, delicious triple dry-hopped East Coast IPA featuring Samba, El dorado, Mosaic and Cascade.

Appearance:

Opaque Pale gold, heavy haze,  dense white head.

Aroma:

Tropical fruit bowl consisting of punchy pineapple, moresish mango, mouthfuls of melon and  Mandarin sweet citrus. The malt sweetness combined with the hop aromatics deliver an almost candy like undertone.

Taste:

The tropical aromas are backed up with corresponding tropical punch bowl flavours on the palate. As the beer hits the mouth the first sensation is the soft, full and pillowy textural feel. Followed quickly by those luscious tropical fruits. Citrus and crisp pineapple dominate with melon, mango and peach tripping across the late mid palate. Dry citrus pithe cleans up the palate in the finish with some nice softened hop bitterness.

Malts: Pale, Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Rolled Oats and Carahell

Hops: Samba, El dorado, Mosaic and Cascade.

Taste: Tropical fruit punch with moreish mango
